I am a highly personable, trusted, and motivated professional with
diverse work life experience. I have owned and managed Management
Letting Rights in excess of 5-years where I have demonstrated capability
in effective engagement including a reputation of delivering
outcomes.
My reputation is one of forging strong relationships as I believe
outcomes are often influenced by these relationships. Respect,
integrity, engagement, and communication, along with a consultative and
personal approach to property management, a positive attitude, a
willingness to use active listening skills, and a proactive solution
focused mindset is what I bring with me. I pride myself on leading by
example through a calm, personable, and approachable manner and I
believe I am an asset to any organisation as they are to me. Experience
has helped me understand how to work effectively in diverse business
environments with people from different backgrounds.
Everything I have engaged in so far, I did so out of my keen interest.
My extensive professional experience is reinforced by academic
qualifications where I am now undertaking a PhD with my target topic
being ‘Emotions in Leadership”.
With a focus towards excellent customer and end user outcomes, I am
driven to successfully scope, implement, and deliver strategies and
initiatives that are fit for purpose. I have a track record of success
providing expert advice on service life cycle management during my time
at DHS supporting one of Australia's largest national distributed
environments.
