Our Beach

Quiet, unspoilt beaches surround. This beach located only 400m walk from the beach features beautiful clear waters looking to the fantastic back drop of Moreton Island. Woorim patrolled surf beach is only a 10 minute walk way or just a few minutes by vehicle.

Our Golf Course

Experience one of Queensland’s finest member courses, located right at your door step. This image shows the view of golf course facilities from Fairways Retreat. As a guest of Fairways retreat, you will receive temporary member benefits giving you discounted restaurant & bar purchases and discounted green fees .

Heated Swimming Pool

The crystal clear heated swimming Pool at Fairways provides year-round swimming, with water maintained at 28 degrees. Relax by the pool or under the cover of our BBQ area and amenities block.

Putt-Putt Golf Course

Relax with a game of putt-putt golf on our 9-hole mini golf course. Putt-putt golf is free to Fairways Golf & Beach Retreat registered guests. The Putt-Putt course is adjacent to the swimming pool and children’s playground.

Roof-Top Terrace & BBQ Area

A major feature of Fairways Golf & Beach retreat is our roof-top terrace which features amazing views across Moreton Bay, extending from Brisbane to Sunshine Coast and taking in the entirety of Moreton Island (The world’s second largest sand island, after Fraser Island). On the Roof-top you can enjoy our BBQ area and ample seating when taking in the day-time views or amazing sunsets.

Children's Playground

Kids are well catered for at Fairways Golf & Beach Retreat. The Children’s Playground offers safe play equipment with padded artificial grass.

Lift Access

All levels of Fairways Golf & Beach Retreat are serviced by dual lifts. This is an important feature for elderly guests and those with injuries or disabilities. With the exception of emergency Fire stairs, there are no stairs in the complex that need to be negotiated. Access from our secure parking basement level car park means you are never getting wet in inclement weather or have to pull or lug luggage an groceries up slopes.

Reception / On-Site Managers

Fairways Golf & Beach Retreat has an-site reception, manned 6 days per week. Check-in and check-out is a simple process and you have the peace of mind that someone is always around to assist you. A phone at reception will contact on-site managers at any time, in the event of emergencies or lost keys.

Pool-side BBQ Area & Amenities

Enjoy a BBQ at pool-side with our undercover BBQ Area.

Secure Basement Level Parking

Dedicated parking is provided for each apartment in our secure basement level car park. From this car-park you will have level access to your apartment via lifts. Luggage trolleys are provided near lifts at basement level for your convenience.

Play & Stay Golf

Bribie Island is Queensland Sandbelt Golfing Mecca. Both courses on the island have been rated in the top 100 courses in Australia within the past decade. Pacific Harbour is currently ranked just outside the top 50 in Australia and while  Bribie Island Golf course is ranked in the top 10 public access courses in Queensland (by Hello Sunshine). Being located on one of the world’s largest sand-islands creates a unique environment for golf course construction supporting immaculate fairways, quality greens and drainage only possible on sand-belt courses.
