Guest Apartments

Fairways Retreat offers a number of apartment choices. including One Bedroom Studio Apartments, 2-bedroom Apartments, 3-bedroom Apartments and 2 & 3 Bedroom Penthouses with their own private roof tops. Each unit is individually owned under a management rights model. Furnishing and fittings vary between Apartment and may be located on different floors in the building. All Apartments meet a minimum 3.5 star rating standard. We have shown a cross sections of these apartments in the photos shown on this page. If you have specific requests let us know when making a booking and we will do our best to accommodate your request based on existing booking and availability. Starting supplies are provided for tea. coffee, milk, bathroom condiments, dishwashing liquid and laundry powder. All apartments are serviced weekly unless otherwise contracted or agreed.

One Bedroom Apartments

Our one bedroom studio apartments are perfect for couples.  Each Apartment provides fully self-contained facilities including full kitchen with appliances (including dishwasher), laundry, living area, dining area and single bathroom. The bedroom is linked to the living area, so these apartments are suitable for couples only (or small families with toddler - cot hire extra). Guests requiring separate rooms should consider our two bedroom apartments. All one-bedroom apartments are air conditioned.

Two Bedroom Apartments

Our two bedroom apartments contain two separate bedrooms, one with queen bed and the other with two single beds - providing sleeping for up to 4 guests.  Each Apartment provides fully self contained facilities including full kitchen with appliances (including dishwasher), laundry, living area, dining area and two bathrooms. The 2nd bathroom is provided by way of ensuite to the main bedroom. Each apartment is air conditioned in the living area and has a ceiling fan in the main bedroom.

Three Bedroom Apartments

Our three bedroom apartments contain thee separate bedrooms, two with queen beds and the other with two single beds - providing sleeping for up to 6 guests.  Each Apartment provides fully self contained facilities including full kitchen with appliances (including dishwasher), laundry, living area, dining area and two bathrooms. The 2nd bathroom is provided by way of ensuite to the main bedroom. Each apartment is air conditioned in the living area and has a ceiling fan in the main bedroom. Some apartments have ceiling fans or air conditioning in other rooms.

Three Bedroom Penthouse

Our three bedroom penthouse contain thee separate bedrooms, one with queen bed, one with queen bed and the other with two single beds - providing sleeping for up to 6 guests.  There is also a separate media room for video and audio recreation. A private roof-top with outdoor Spa and BBQ area is a feature of this property. You will have stunning views over Bribie Island and across Moreton Bay toward Moreton Island. This apartment is fully self contained facilities including full kitchen with appliances (including dishwasher), laundry, living area, dining area and two bathrooms. The 2nd bathroom is provided by way of ensuite to the main bedroom. The apartment is air conditioned in the living area and has a ceiling fans in each bedroom. 

 

Four Bedroom Penthouse
